Nokia G310 5G: Sturdy Compact Design

If you've always loved Nokia phones, you'll soon have a choice between two new models. HMD Global, the manufacturer, will offer the Nokia G310 5G and Nokia C210 in the US later this year. Both start at less than $200. The price of the Nokia G310 5G starts at $186, and it will be made accessible to customers worldwide in blue. In this review, we’ll take a closer look at the Nokia G310 5G, and find out whether it’s a phone you should consider buying in 2023 or not.

Nokia G310 5G Design & Display

For the American market, HMD Global unveiled the Nokia G310 5G and the Nokia C210.  A variant of the Nokia G42 5G, the Nokia G310 5G boasts a Nordic design, improved robustness that withstands all of life's hiccups, and up to three days of battery life on a single charge. With a 6.56-inch HD+ (720 x 1,612 pixels) display, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate, the new Nokia G310 5G runs Android 13. The display is shielded by 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 and includes a waterdrop-shaped cutout for the selfie camera. A metal chassis, toughened display glass, IP52 certifications, and Nokia OZO audio surround with wind noise reduction are all features of the Nokia C210.

Nokia G310 5G RAM & Camera

The phone has 4GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 480+ 5G SoC as its power source. The phone has a Quick Fix design as well. The only weak link of this phone involves low storage availability that can easily be increased by installing a reliable contacts optimizer app such as Smart Transfer, designed to merge or delete duplicate contacts with easy steps. These apps can help to remove unwanted duplicate contacts from the Nokia G310 5G resulting in increased storage space. The cost of the Nokia G310 5G is USD 186. The former is only available in the blue and gray finish colors. The Nokia G310 5G will be available starting on August 24, according to a statement from HMD Global, while the remaining models will start selling on September 14. Both variants will be sold in the US through Metro by T-Mobile shops and through online retailers.

Nokia G310 5G Camera

The triple back camera set on the Nokia G310 5G has an LED flash. A 50-megapixel main rear camera sensor with autofocus and two 2-megapixel depth and macro sensors make up the camera system. The front of the device has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

  • 13MP rear camera, 2MP depth cameras, LED flash

  • 5MP front-facing camera

  • 3.5 mm headphone jack

  • 8MP front camera

Nokia G310 5G

The Nokia G310 5G, like the majority of low-cost Nokia phones, is best suited to customers who desire a low-cost phone with a durable design, ad-free, user-friendly software, and a long-lasting battery. Although it satisfies such fundamental demands, power users' needs are not met. This phone is designed for you if you want a great, sharp display, a quick CPU, and decent camera performance.
