Honor Magic 5 Pro: Good Battery Life & Performance

Honor announced its much-awaited Honor Magic 5 series at MWC 2023, which featured two smartphones, the Honor Magic 5 and Honor Magic 5 Pro.  The brand's flagship smartphones were those in the Magic series. The leading phone company has introduced the series in Asia and Europe, and the gadgets have some very intriguing features. It appears that the brand may soon release its entry-level Honor Magic 5 in international regions as well.

Honor Magic 5 Pro Display & Design

The display's adjustable refresh rate varies from 1Hz to 120Hz depending on the demands of the content you're viewing. It is a 6.81-inch, colorful OLED screen with a resolution of 2848 x 1312 and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has softly rounded edges and slim bezels. It can reach a maximum brightness of 1800 nits. If we get some on these sunniest days, using the phone in direct sunshine shouldn't be an issue. There are speakers that are conveniently placed at the top and bottom, a USB-C connector, a SIM tray that is situated on the bottom, the typical lock and volume controls, and exactly zero headphone jacks. So far, so commonplace.

Honor Magic 5 Pro RAM & Camera

Powered by the same eight-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU as the OnePlus 11 and the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It has 12GB of RAM and is currently the most advanced chipset available. These specs are enough to move your data from an older phone with share me Smart Transfer app without facing any interruptions. You can store unlimited media files with no fear of losing storage space. A 50MP sensor is used in the ultra-wide camera, which produces 12.6MP files. This camera lacks OIS, has a smaller sensor, a narrower f/2.0 aperture, and exhibits rather severe edge distortion. It sometimes struggles in low light and its photographs lack the main camera's saturated pop, but generally, it's not awful.
