Honor Pad X9: Rugged & Fast Performance Tablet
In addition to the Honor 90's introduction in Europe, Honor unveiled the Pad X9, a reasonably priced Android tablet with remarkable entertainment features. This tablet might be a wonderful choice if your budget doesn't quite allow for a more costly model because it costs only £179.99/€249 instead of more. In a thorough, in-depth review, let's find out if this is the greatest tablet we've seen this year.
Honor Pad X9 Design
When you take up the Honor Pad X9, the screen is the first thing you see. It is larger in the hand than the 10.8-inch iPad Air since it is very sizable. Honor has made every effort to cram that large screen into a design that is as small as possible, with an 86% screen-to-body ratio and thin bezels around the screen on all sides. Although the Pad X9 looks very lovely, that could be dropped on a more reasonably priced tablet. It doesn't quite have the ultra-premium finish of something like the iPad, as you might expect at this price, but the textured aluminum back feels robust enough and looks excellent, too, at only 6.9mm thick.
Honor Pad X9 Chipset Performance
The Snapdragon 685-powered Honor Pad X9 sports 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM. That chipset was unveiled this year, but as its pricing would suggest, it falls short of flagship status. This phone's storage is enough to download a maximum number of files. Still, we highly recommend downloading the duplicate contacts fixer and remover the Smart Transfer app, which can assist in removing unwanted contacts with a few taps. Talking about the camera's specs, the selfie and primary camera with a dual-ring bump are located on the back of the device. However, their specifications have yet to be released. Online rumors put their resolution at roughly 5MP each, although it's likely that they won't be very good.
Honor Pad X9 Display
Pad X9 features an 11.5-inch IPS LCD with 2000 x 1200 resolution.
The display offers clear and bright visuals.
Provides 100% sRGB coverage for excellent color management.
Offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz for smooth performance.
The colors are somewhat saturated but still visually appealing.
Excellent performance when swiping through menus and launching programs.
Equipped with a six-speaker system for higher loudness and deeper bass.
Provides 360-degree sound with skillful driver placement.
Honor Pad X9 Summary
Even though the Pad X9 gives a great way to see new competitors enter the market for inexpensive tablets, this one is fascinating. Like with its phones, Honor has crammed in major features, specifications, and functions that make us eager to test it thoroughly. Beginning in July, I will be available straight from Honor's website; beginning in early August, Amazon and other online stores will follow.
