iPhone Comes with New iOS 17 Public Beta
Since the release of the first iPhone a few years ago, the methods we communicate with and avoid communicating with one another have changed. Sending voice notes is for excellent gossip, making unexpected phone calls is reserved for parents and significant others, and leaving a message is not essential.
iOS 17 New Beta
Many of the new features Apple included in iOS 17, which is currently available as a public beta for anybody with an iPhone XR or newer, or an iPhone SE, reflect these trends. Apple releases an update to the iOS application, which powers millions of iPhones, once a year. According to the plan, the public will receive the final version of the new iOS in the fall, when the new iPhones are introduced, after a month of beta testing by the general public.
iOS 17 New Beta Features
The initial new iOS 17 features are still in the starting phase, and we believe that although some are worth anticipating, others will quickly lose their appeal. The new Journal app, which will be released later, is one of the features that won't be available in the test. It takes courage to test a beta version of the software, especially on a machine that has become so indispensable to our lives. The experience includes glitches, flaws, and half-baked features, many of which only function with other beta testers.
How to Download New Beta
If you haven't thoroughly backed up your phone and aren't comfortable with the risk, don't do this. To install it, you must first register at beta.apple.com. Before you download the new update, make sure to delete photos and videos with the Smart Transfer app that are saved in your iPhone that are taking over extra space. If you have enough internal memory to download the new beta, follow these simple steps:
Open Settings on your phone
Navigate to General
Select Software Update
Tap on Beta Updates
Choose "iOS 17 Public Beta"
Go back a screen
Click on Download and Install
iOS 17 Beta in a Nutshell
With iOS 17, the voicemail screen now displays a near-real-time transcription of the message being left so you may choose whether to pick it up. This function pays homage to the early days of voice mail when you had to "screen" callers by listening to your answering machine live in the absence of caller ID. Strong emotions have already been generated by the new communication tools in iOS 17, but maybe Apple will make further adjustments in the upcoming version.
